April 5th, circuit

Circuit training this morning:

20 floor jumps
10 walkover push-up
50 jumping jacks
40 mountain climbers
12 burpees
30 sec plank
10 front raises each arm
10 V sit ups

Repeat 3x.

30 min

Last night also did 30 min biking.  Tonight probably no biking.
